Katie Hamm is a pediatric nurse practitioner who sees children of all ages. She received her primary care pediatric nurse practitioner master’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 2016. She is completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and expects to graduate in early August of 2023. Katie comes to Georgetown Pediatrics after spending six years serving underserved children in rural Kentucky and urban Ohio.

Katie enjoys focusing her practice on health promotion and disease prevention. She enjoys empowering her patients and their families to have the tools needed to keep their minds and bodies healthy! She also has years of experience working with children with medical and mental health problems and aims to be an ally as well as your healthcare provider. Katie loves working with children and is honored to serve the patients and families of Georgetown Pediatrics.

Katie is excited to move back to Georgetown with her husband, Chris, and their two dogs, Ellie and Josie. In their spare time, they enjoy being outdoors, trying new foods, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
